Its a said day. I’m currently packing up my 360 which RROD’d the other night. UPS are going to pick it up today, where it will join the other fallen at the Microsoft Europe Repair Center, Frankfurt, Germany.
A sad day indeed

mine too has been picked up today i am gutted they said it will be beack in 10 days which i doubt very much as its going to germany to be then repaired aloing with 100s of consoles an then sent back. hard to believe
if you put yor leads in the box wen they take it away do they ceep the leads and do they gave you a new xbox360.
Mine is sick and getting sent back today
i dont think you will get a new 360 unless yours has melted!
