Game Completed – Interpol – Xbox 360

I managed to grab a FREE copy of Interpol via redeem code from Aceybongos Twitter last week. AceyBongos is the Community Manager for Xbox EMEA and has been posting some redeem codes recently (just missed out on a Halo Wars early demo invite demo the other day) and I happened to be on Twitter at the time (thanks to Twitterfox) and manged to grab a Interpol code. So cheers AceyBongos! )

Anyway after a couple of sessions I manged to finish it , and bag 150/200 achievement points on the way. The remaining 50 may be a bit more tricky…

Queuing up the Dead Space demo

Just noticed on Major Nelsons Marketplace RSS feed that a Dead Space demo is now available, and thought it would be a good chance to try out the queuing feature that was included with last weeks NXE dashboard update.

So if you haven’t got access to your 360 whilst your reading this, hit this link for the marketplace at Xbox.com, sign-in with your account and click the download link to queue it up. The demo will begin downloding automatically the next time you turn your 360 on. Nice.

EDIT: The link above is probably for the EU Marketplace, the US maybe a different link. Either way head over to Xbox.com and hover on the Xbox LIVE tab, and then select Xbox LIVE Marketplace for your region.

Mostly been playing… 8th August 2008

The Uncharted: Drakes Fortune patch went out on Monday, which enabled Trophy’s into the game. I’ve had Uncharted a while now, but knowing the Trophy support was coming, I decided to hold off so I could start whoring them. Behold:

Trophy get!

The full Trophy list is here. Check out ps3trophies.org for latest PS3 Trophy details.

I also picked up Braid on XBLA this week, which is excellent. It’s not going to be everyone’s cup of tea, and I don’t want to give too much away, but if you haven’t tried the demo, download it and check it out. Highly recommended.
